Sorry, running is great here, most of the time. Jon, one of my running buddies, moved here from MN. Says it's the best move he ever made. Just sayin'... :-)
RWB's forecast is what my winters looked like for good portions of my life, so why did I end up in the land of frozen prairies and icy winds? I hope you can get a bit of a weather reprieve soon for some enjoyable runs!
Well, I'm from Ohio originally, where the winters look pretty much like this winter has looked for MN--snow that melts in between falls, and mostly in the 20s and 30s. So this feels familiar for me, but still not fun for running. Oh well. I'll just go running in the Metrodome again!
Don't worry - my uppance will come in August. ;)
ReplyDeleteYeah, well, in August it'll be 90 here too. Just not 110. :)
DeleteI won't bore you by telling you that I run in shorts and tech shirts year round here in NC. Oh, wait.....
ReplyDeleteWhat, no $5-off kilt? :)
DeleteStill trying to decide on the color/pattern. Choices, choices.... :-) I'm gonna need some argyle running socks as well.
DeleteYou don't have to run at 5am in order not to die? *sigh*
